佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店及佛山罗浮宫家居集团正式任命Mikael Robin先生为行政总厨。
出生于法国的Mikael Robin先生在1991年正式开始了他在法国的厨师职业生涯。在他25年的从业经验中，Robin先生曾与多位赫赫有名的主厨一起共事，并在多家享有盛名的餐厅和五星级酒店工作过，其中包括皇家蒙索巴黎莱佛士酒店以及巴黎利兹酒店。Robin先生的工作足迹遍布世界各地，包括法国、英国、美国和印度尼西亚，并于2014年来到中国。在加入佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店之前，Robin先生曾就任于广州文华东方酒店，担任行政副总厨一职。
Robin 先生拥有丰富的烹饪经验，包括法国、地中海和东南亚菜系，同时也擅长菜单设计、菜式摆盘以及员工培训。作为佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店的行政总厨，Robin 先生将全面管理酒店厨房的运营，包括锦厨（全日餐厅）、意大利餐厅、酒吧、以及客房送餐和宴会的运营。
佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店位于中国家具商贸之都----顺德乐从，与罗浮宫国际家具博览中心为伴，是雅高酒店集团在佛山市的第一家索菲特酒店。预计2017年开幕的佛山罗浮宫索菲特酒店致力于提供奢华精致的住宿体验，融合法式及粤式生活艺术“art de vivre”。

Mikael Robin, a native of France, started his culinary career since 1991 spanning over from Paris to the French Riviera. With over 25 years experience under his hat, Chef Mikael has worked with reputable chefs in a number of fine-dining establishments and five-star hotels including Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris and the Ritz in Paris. With worldwide experience covering France, England, USA and Indonesia, Chef Mikael moved to China in 2014. Prior to joining Sofitel Foshan, Mikael Robin was previously the Executive Sous Chef at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou.
Chef Mikael has extensive culinary experience in French, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines, with strengths in menu structuring, dining presentation and personnel training. In his role as Executive Chef of Sofitel Foshan, Chef Mikael will oversee the culinary operations, including Kwee Zeen (International All Day Dining), Italian restaurant, bars, in-room dining and banqueting.
Sofitel Foshan is located in China Leading Furniture City – Lecong in Shunde and connect to Louvre International Exhibition Furniture Center. It is the first property of AccorHotels under its flagship Sofitel Hotels & Resorts brand in Foshan, Guangdong Province. Sofitel Foshan will be opened in 2017 featuring an amazing interior design, state of the art furniture, and will blend French and Cantonese “Art de Vivre’ in Foshan.
