Ningbo, 24 Dec, 2019– Recently, Marriott International is delighted to announce that Ken Gao has been appointed as General Manager at The Westin Ningbo.
高开拓先生拥有超过16年国际品牌酒店从业经历，他于2003年开启酒店职业生涯，曾在洲际、裕景、丽思卡尔顿、香格里拉、万怡、万丽和万豪等国际知名品牌酒店任职，其中任职万豪国际集团品牌酒店达八年。高开拓先生对万豪国际集团的体系和文化有着深刻的理解，他拥有很强的市场营销背景，尤其在万豪国际集团的销售系统构造、市场定位、价格策略和渠道推广方面表现突出。
Ken has over 16 years of experience working with international hotel brand. His hospitality career started in 2003 and had worked with multiple international hotel brands including InterContinental, Eton, Ritz-Carlton, Shangri-La, Courtyard, Renaissance and Marriott, and having worked with Marriott International for 8 years. Ken is very familiar with Marriott’s system and company culture. Ken has strong Sales & Marketing background especially at Marriott Sales System Infrastructure, Marketing Positioning, Pricing Strategy and Channel Promotions.
此次加入宁波威斯汀酒店之前，高开拓先生在浙江台州旗隆万豪酒店任驻店经理，全面负责酒店的运营，积累了丰富的酒店全面运营经验，特别是针对不同境况的本地市场因时因地施略。
Prior to this new role, Ken was Resident Manager of Zhejiang Taizhou Marriott Hotel in charge of the whole hotel operations. He had accumulated abundant management experience in overall hotel operations, F&B and Rooms, especially in a very complicated situation in term of local market.
工作之余，高开拓先生爱好运动及阅读。
