Marriott International has appointed Mr. Sander van Delden as the General Manager of Le Meridien Zhengzhou. Mr. van Delden has formally started his post mid-December and therewith takes full ownership and accountability for the hotel’s day-to-day management and its strategies moving forward.
万豪国际集团于12月中旬正式任命Sander van Delden张德先生为郑州建业艾美酒店总经理，他将全面负责酒店的运营及管理工作。
Mr. van Delden graduated with a Bachelor degree in International Hotel Management from Stenden University in The Netherlands and recently received his certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He carries nearly 17years of international hotel management experience along and in his professional career path he has mostly worked in China’s primary cities as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The experiences he gained over the years are now a strong benefit to his new role in which he is expected to bring his leadership skills and unique insights in hotel operations, to Le Meridien Zhengzhou.
张德先生曾获得荷兰斯坦登大学国际酒店管理专业的学士学位，最近也获得了来自康奈尔大学战略领导能力的认证证书。他在国际酒店管理方面已有近17年的经验，主要在中国的一线城市，如北京、上海、广州。这些年所获得的丰富经历，令他对新的角色产生了强大的信念，并且他也期望将他卓越的领导才能及对酒店运营的独到见解带到郑州建业艾美酒店。
Mr. van Delden’s career started in 2004 in Beijing and has ever since brought him through various posts and companies, on a professional journey through Hangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, back to Beijing, Guangzhou, Foshan and most recent Shanghai. Prior to this new appointment, he was posted as Hotel Manager at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai, which was instrumental in fine-tuning his eye for detail and drive for excellence.
张德先生的职业生涯始于2004年的北京，他先后在多个国际酒店管理公司担任要职，足迹遍布北京、杭州、吉隆坡、广州、佛山及上海。履新前，他在上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店担任酒店经理一职，这对于他关注细节以及追求卓越有了很大的帮助。
