杨红棉女士毕业于北京第二外国语学院饭店管理专业，是国内早期饭店管理科班出身。不仅接受过专业和系统的酒店管理培训，本人更是拥有培训资质的高级培训师，以扎实的学术知识为职业道路做好了铺垫。杨红棉女士拥有24年豪华酒店业相关工作经验和市场营销职业背景，熟知豪华国际品牌酒店运营模式和服务理念，特别是酒店市场开发、销售团队管理、酒店收益管理、新媒体运作等方面均有丰富经验。
同时，杨红棉女士拥有6年业主公司酒店管理部负责人工作经验，深知一个豪华酒店从立项、品牌甄选、方案设计、动土建设以及政府关系处理的各种不易。
太原阳光皇冠假日酒店位于太原市中心亲贤街核心商圈，总建筑面积超过13万平方米，是目前本地设施最新、客房体量最大的豪华酒店，拥有563间客房、超过3000平米的宴会及会议场地和4个不同类型的餐厅与酒吧。

Recently, Shanxi Sunshine Enterprises (Group) Inc. has officially appointed Ms. Shirley Yang as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Taiyuan Downtown, where she will be responsible for the overall operations and management, and leading the hotel into a brand new chapter.
Shirley graduated from Beijing International Studies University, majoring in Hospitality Management, and was one of the earliest college graduates with a Hospitality Management degree in China. Shirley has received professional and systematic trainings in Hospitality Management, and is also a certified senior mentor with a training certificate. Her solid academic knowledge, as well as over 24 years of professional experience working in the luxury hotel industry, have developed a strong foundation for her storied career, particularly in hotel market development, sales and revenue management, and social media operations.
Moreover, Shirley has over 6 years of working experience as the head of the hotel management department for a Real Estate cooperation, which helped her to gain a profound understanding of the difficulties while managing a luxury hotel brand, including project establishment, brand selection, scheme design, ground construction, and governmental relations.
Crowne Plaza Taiyuan Downtown is located in the Qinxian core business district of Downtown Taiyuan, with a total construction area of more than 130,000 square meters.
