近日，东莞富力万达文华酒店正式任命刘存双师傅(Ace Liu)出任品珍中餐行政总厨一职，全面负责酒店中餐厨房的运营工作。
刘存双师傅来自广东湛江，在餐饮行业拥有超过20多年丰富的粤菜烹饪和中厨房管理经验。并先后在北京、广州、深圳、珠海、郑州、成都等多个城市留下精彩的事业足迹，丰富的粤菜烹饪经验及良好的亲和力让刘师傅在行业中倍受赞扬。在此之前，他曾任职于万豪、香格里拉等集团旗下的星级品牌酒店。
在刘存双师傅的厨师职业生涯中，不断打磨烹饪手艺和追求出品的细节，了解和挖掘食材本性，以创新的方式升华食材，与此同时，更获得多项荣誉。刘师傅对于粤菜有着独特的研究和烹饪理念，将中餐传统精髓和地方特色结合，赋予每道菜新的生命，构成“色、香、味”为一体的美食艺术。他将带领酒店中餐厨师团队为食客呈献一段多重感官及细腻难忘的粤菜饮食体验。
品珍中餐厅推出系列主厨推荐菜品，包括：黑松露鲍鱼煎走地鸡、冬茸珍珠海皇羹、特色文火雪龙牛肉等等，午餐及晚餐时段恭迎品鉴。
Recently, Mr. Liu has been appointed as Chinese Executive Chef of Wanda Vista Dongguan, who is fully in charge of Chinese Kitchen operations for the hotel.
Chef Liu who comes from Guangdong Zhanjiang, brings with him over 20 years of culinary experience. He pursues to present the essence of food from ingredient, innovation, cooking, skills & taste. You could find him cooking in various City like Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhengzhou and Chengdu etc. Meanwhile, His cooking experiences of Cantonese cuisines and his easygoing character make him an acclaimed one. Chef Liu has been employed for up-scale brand hotels under Marriott，Shangri-La.
During his career, Chef Liu received many awards and recognitions by improving cooking skills constantly, pursuing details of food
quality, and generating better understanding of the essence of ingredients. He will lead our culinary team to deliver high quality Cantonese cuisine and to bring our guests a truly unexpected dining experience.
