The Le Meridien Xiaojing Bay is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Jacky Gao as General Manager. In his new position, he will inject the new concepts into hotel operation to create memorable dining and accommodation experience for guests.
Mr. Gao has more than 18 years of working experience in the hotel industry with assignment for companies like Shangri-La, Banyan Tree and Marriott with different role. Experienced in business strategy plan develop, guest service recovery and customer service, pre-opening hotel operation and policy preparation.
At the same time, he has rich hotel operation skills, well to organize, analyze and meet operational deadlines. Respond well even in highly pressurize atmosphere, he utilizes his management experience and academic knowledge to contribute to the company.
