近日，南昌力高皇冠假日酒店任命李睿女士(Ms. Reise Li)为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的整体运营和战略管理工作。
李睿女士拥有超过30年的酒店管理经验，先后于香格里拉、凯悦、雅高、洲际等多家国际酒店集团担任要职，是一位优秀的本土酒店管理人。履新前，李女士于2017年加入洲际集团，担任西安皇冠假日酒店总经理，在此之前李女士曾任西安人民大厦索菲特酒店酒店助理经理和酒店经理。
多年的管理经验塑造了李睿女士卓越的战略性思维、敏锐的市场洞察力、出色的领导才能和优秀的沟通能力，尤其对餐饮及市场销售有着深入的思考和理解。李女士在经营管理、市场战略、宾客满意度、人才培养及员工满意度等方面均取得过卓越的成就。
李睿女士现任西安市人大代表，履职期间积极建言献策，参与社会活动，履行社会责任，为酒店业的蓬勃发展贡献力量。

Recently, Crowne Plaza Nanchang Riverside is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Reise Li as General Manager of the hotel. She will be fully responsible for hotel operation and strategy Management.
Ms. Reise Li has more than 30 years of hotel management experience and has held important positions in many international hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Hyatt, Accor, InterContinental, etc., and is an excellent local hotel manager. Before taking up her new position, Ms. Li joined the InterContinental Group in 2017 as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Xi’an. Prior to this, Ms. Li served as the Executive Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager of Sofitel Xian on Renmin Square.
Many years of management experience have shaped Ms. Li's excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, outstanding leadership and excellent communication skills, especially in catering and sales marketing with in-depth thinking and understanding. Ms. Li has made outstanding achievements in business management, market strategy, guest love, talent development, and employee satisfaction.
Ms. Li Rui is currently a representative of the Xi'an Municipal People's Congress. During her duty, she actively made suggestions, participated in social activities, fulfilled social responsibilities, and contributed to the flourishing development of the hotel industry.
