余露先生有着非常丰富的国际品牌酒店工作经验，曾服务于喜来登、艾美、豪华精选、JW万豪等品牌，履新之前在三亚海棠湾喜来登度假酒店&三亚海棠JW万豪度假酒店任职复合酒店总经理一职。丰富的酒店管理经验为其职业生涯奠定了坚实的基础。余露先生尤其擅长构建高效的团队，用其敏锐的商业头脑不断超越，为他所效力的酒店带来持续不断的收益。

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Duncan Yu as the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Sanya. Mr. Duncan Yu will be fully in charge of the hotel’s operation and management.
Mr. Duncan Yu brings a wealth of international hotel work experience to his new role. He has previously worked for Sheraton, Le Meridien, The Luxury Collection and JW Marriott and other brands. Before taking office, he was the general manager of complex hotel in Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay. His rich hotel management experience has laid a solid foundation for his career.
Mr. Duncan Yu has consistently excelled throughout his career in building high performing teams and is well known for his strong business acumen. We are confident that these qualities will help to bring the great resort to the next level by clearly positioning and extending the luxury and personalized service, while at the same time leveraging tranquility and lifestyle retreat concept opportunities and synergies to fans.
