近日，雅高酒店集团任命麦格迪先生（Mr. Magdy Halim）为沈阳丽都索菲特酒店总经理，他将用自己丰富的经验和出色的管理能力为酒店未来的运营和发展贡献力量，推动酒店迈向更高的阶梯。
麦格迪先生拥有超过24年的国际酒店运营管理经验。早年加入喜来登，以市场销售领域为起点，在故乡埃及开启了作为酒店人的职业生涯。此后他相继服务于凯悦、万豪、希尔顿、玛丽蒂姆、万达及丽笙等多家国际酒店管理集团，累积了丰富的酒店筹开、运营、品牌重塑及酒店升级等全面多元的管理经验。他以过往出色的业绩和管理经验，以及在中国长达9年的深厚行业经验，成就了他不凡的工作能力和领导力，同时也获得了多项殊荣。
除此之外，麦格迪先生还有着作为大学客座教授的深厚经验，在执教5年间他致力于市场研究，将经验和知识传递给新一代酒店人。
麦格迪先生表示能够再次回到沈阳，担任此职位迎接新的挑战感到非常荣幸与兴奋，期待与团队一起探索，继续推动酒店的发展。在新的职业旅程中，将以纯正的法式生活方式同沈阳本地文化巧妙融合，提升宾客体验，让宾客获得真诚关怀与舒适款待。
Accor Hotels is very delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Magdy Halim as the new General Manager for Sofitel Shenyang Lido. He will lead the hotel management team to achieve business goals whilst providing the guests with unique staying experience.
Mr. Magdy Halim is an experienced hotelier with a wealth of working experience in hotel industry for over 24 years. He started his career in Egypt - his home country in sales and marketing field with Sheraton, followed by a successful career path with Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, Maritim, Wanda and RHG, accumulated a wealth of comprehensive and diversified management experience in hotel opening, operation, renovation and property upgrades. With his outstanding performance and management experience as general manager and cluster leader in the past, as well as more than 9 years profound industry experience in China, he has achieved his extraordinary work ability and leadership, and has won many awards.
In addition, Mr. Magdy was appointed as a visitor professor at the university. During his 5 years of teaching, he has devoted himself to marketing research, passing experience and knowledge to the new generation of hoteliers.
With this new role, Mr. Magdy commented “I am very honored and excited to be able to return to Shenyang again to meet the new challenges in this new position.” He will boost up the renewed, renovated hotel and enhance guest experience with his excellent leadership and an integration of “Live the French Way” and the local styles.
