上海御锦轩凯宾斯基全套房酒店正式任命西蒙尼先生为酒店行政总厨，全面负责酒店餐厅厨房的日常运营及管理工作。
西蒙尼先生在餐饮和酒店行业拥有超过30年的丰富经验，先后在意大利、英国、西班牙、德国等多个国家任职并在中国拥有超过10年的工作经验。他曾担任 “La Vita E ' Bella Group”的烹饪总监兼合伙人，分别在上海和广州经营意大利餐厅。他的工作经验涉及米其林星级餐厅到烹饪顾问等，并拥有餐厅开业筹备及标准制定的丰富经验。
西蒙尼先生加入上海御锦轩凯宾斯基全套房酒店后将定义、定位并重塑酒店的餐饮理念，同时提升餐饮各方面的质量水平，为宾客带来耳目一新的用餐体验。
Kempinski The One Suites Hotel Shanghai Downtown officially appointed Mr. Simone Villa as Executive Chef, and be fully responsible for the management and operation of kitchen.
Mr. Simone Villa has over 30 years of experience within the catering and hospitality industry in Italy, the UK, Spain, Germany and the past 10 years in China. He recently held the position of Culinary Director and Co-Owner of “La Vita E’ Bella Group” operating Italian Restaurant concepts in Shanghai and Guangzhou. His experience ranges from Michelin Star restaurants to Culinary Consultant assignments with openings and free standing start ups.
