张义军先生拥有31年的酒店从业经验和资深管理经验。曾先后任职于喜达屋，万豪，洲际，万达等多个国际酒店管理集团旗下酒店的管理职位，具备出色的团队领导力及敏锐市场洞察力，在市场销售及市场拓展方面拥有丰富的经验。此次履新前，张义军先生就职于大连一方城堡豪华精选酒店，担任业主代表兼酒店副总经理一职，曾经担任国家级星级酒店评定员及星评监督员，以及大连市旅游智库专家咨询委员会专家成员。

Simon had over 31 years of luxury hotel hospitality experience and held management positions in international hotel brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Wanda Hotels & Resorts, etc. Prior to his new appointment, Simon served as Owner Representative and Hotel Deputy General Manager at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dalian, as well as a national star-rated hotel assessor, the star-rating supervisor, and the member of Dalian Zhiku Expert Advisory Committee.
