天津瑞吉金融街酒店近日宣布晋升朱银境先生为酒店总经理，继续主持酒店整体经营和发展战略工作。
朱银境先生凭借过去20年来在国内多个城市/目的地的工作经验，尤其在市场营销和收益管理方面突出的专业能力，自2021年5月起作为酒店经理加入天津瑞吉金融街酒店并带领酒店实现全年客房收入指数提升13%，并在疫情影响等因素的严峻环境下超预算11%完成酒店全年经营利润。他于2013年在中国内地首家W品牌酒店- 广州W酒店开启了万豪职业旅程，随后于2016年作为三亚艾迪逊酒店开业筹备的菁英成员之一，成功揭幕艾迪逊品牌在亚太区域战略板块的第一间酒店，并带领团队以新酒店开拓者的身份在营销业务创赢、战略布局等方面获得卓越佳绩：先后获得“2017亚太区最佳团队” 、“2018大中华地区卓越成就奖” 以及他本人也赢得万豪集团“2018年度销售总监” 的荣誉。
朱银境先生曾服务于香格里拉酒店、四季酒店、柏悦酒店等多个国际品牌酒店并担任要职；多元的酒店工作履历，赋予了他对酒店品牌服务理念的独特理解、团队协助及出色高效的领导能力，将带领酒店团队继续深耕瑞吉品牌的非凡仪式和独具匠心，以传承经典之礼让宾客在海河之畔的瑞吉的每一天都优雅精致。
朱银境先生来自广东，工作之余同样是一位活力充沛的运动达人。他热衷于各类运动，特别是马拉松、网球、高尔夫和骑行，曾环台湾岛、海南岛、青海湖，以及著名的成都拉萨318国道之旅。

A passionate hotelier with over 20 years hospitality experiences across the country, Paul comes with a strong sales & marketing background. Indeed, he led the team to an exceptional performance even during the pandemic impact by growing the hotel Revenue Generation Index over 13%, with a hotel full year GOP 2021 up by 11% vs budget. Paul started his Marriott career path as Director of Events back in 2013 at the first W hotel in Mainland China - The W Guangzhou, and he had re-joined us in 2016 as pre-opening team member launching APAC’s first EDITION property in Sanya, where he led the Sales & Marketing team with many great achievements. As a result, he was rewarded many honorable BMSC Awards includes “One Team Driving For Result 2017” The “Global Luxury Property Sales Leader of The Year 2018” and the “Special Achievement Team Greater China - Luxury 2018”.
A native Cantonese, Paul also is a big fan of marathon, tennis, golfing and cycling. He has cycling tours in Taiwan, Hainan and from Chengdu to Lhasa. Paul’s family has been extremely supportive of his professional success and enjoying the time together, whenever possible!
