近日，海口香格里拉正式任命果良先生为酒店总经理。果良先生拥有近25年丰富的酒店工作经验，将全面负责酒店的日常运营和管理工作。
On 9 June 2022, Shangri-La Haikou formally appointed Mr. Guo as General Manager. Mr. Guo has nearly 25 years of hotel experience and will be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel.
果良先生于1998年与香格里拉集团结缘，由此开启了他的职业生涯，累计有13年香格里拉集团工作经验。曾出任过多家高端与奢华酒店的总经理一职,在提升顾客体验、发掘战略合作伙伴以及酒店业绩增长方面做出了很大贡献。拥有资深酒店销售管理工作经验、极强的决策力及领导能力的果良先生，将与海口香格里拉酒店携手共进，继续探索创新海口市场，共同迎接美好而又广阔的未来！
Mr. Guo started his career with Shangri-La Group in 1998 and has 13 years of working experience with Shangri-La. He has also served as General Manager of several high-end and luxury hotels, where he made significant contributions to improving the guest experience, identifying strategic partners and improving the hotels’ business performance. With rich sales management experience, strong decision-making and outstanding leadership skills, Mr. Guo will work with the team in Shangri-La Haikou to continue exploring new opportunities and attain even more brilliant achievements.
