近日，复星旅文Club Med Joyview & Urban Oasis度假村品牌正式任命洪伟先生担任Club Med Joyview北京延庆度假村总经理，全面负责酒店的运营管理及战略发展工作。
洪伟先生毕业于玛丽伍德大学并获得MBA 学位，他拥有超过20年的国际酒店集团从业及管理经验，先后就职于洲际，希尔顿，雅高等国际酒店集团。
多年的酒店工作履历赋予了洪伟先生卓越的战略性思维，敏锐的市场洞察力和判断力，在酒店市场营销策略方面具有丰富经验。
他的酒店职业生涯起步于市场营销团队，逐步成长为市场营销总监，并先后于北京，成都担任酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营和营销。
此次履新之前，洪伟先生担任北京东直门雅辰悦居酒店总经理一职。自2019年加入该酒店以来，他以独特的战略管理经验带领该酒店团队，在过去六年间创造了出色的成绩。在工作之余，他享受音乐和探索自然。

Mr. Johnson Hong Appointed as General Manager of Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing Resort, with overall responsibility for the resort's operations and strategic development.
Recently, the resort brands of Fosun Tourism Group, Club Med Joyview & Urban Oasis, have officially appointed Mr. Johnson Hong as the General Manager of Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing Resort. He will be fully responsible for the resort's operational management and strategic development.
Mr. Hong graduated from Marywood University with an MBA degree and brings over 20 years of experience in international hotel groups, having held positions at InterContinental, Hilton, Accor, and other global hospitality companies.
His extensive career in the hotel industry has equipped him with exceptional strategic thinking, sharp market insight, and strong judgment, along with rich experience in hotel marketing strategy.
Mr. Hong began his hotel career in marketing and gradually advanced to roles such as Marketing Director and later General Manager in cities including Beijing and Chengdu, where he oversaw overall hotel operations and marketing.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hong served as General Manager of The Artyzen Habitat Dongzhimen, Beijing. Since joining the hotel in 2019, he has led the team with distinctive strategic management expertise, achieving outstanding results over the past six years. In his spare time, he enjoys music and exploring nature.
With his extensive experience and professional capabilities, Mr. Hong is expected to play a significant role in enhancing the overall performance driving marketing excellence and provide a primary boost to the ongoing growth of the Club Med Joyview Beijing Yanqing Resort.
