As a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in the international hospitality industry, Danthan began his career in Sales & Marketing, where he developed sharp strategic insight and a deep understanding of the field. He has held key positions at hotels under Shangri-La Group, Starwood Group and Marriott International. In 2019, he joined IHG, serving as General Manager across several of the group’s brands—including Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, EVEN, and voco, where he accumulated extensive operational expertise and consistently delivered outstanding results. During his tenure as General Manager of voco Suites Shanghai Hongqiao CBD & EVEN Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, Danthan led the properties from pre-opening to remarkable post-launch success, and was subsequently appointed General Manager Brand Champion, voco Greater China, showcasing his outstanding leadership.
Danthan has long been passionate about luxury and lifestyle hotels, with a keen understanding that the essence of such properties lies in the seamless integration of cultural depth, artistic atmosphere, and guest experience.
