秦皇岛海景假日酒店宣布任命马尚恩(Shanmuganathan Marimuthu)为新任行政总厨，并与日前正式接任。在他的新角色中，他将负责海景假日酒店三个餐厅的日常运营和管理工作。马尚恩先生来自马来西亚，投身酒店管理界的20多年里，他的足迹遍布亚洲和中东地区，并先后在凯悦，华尔道夫酒店集团及洲际酒店集团担任餐饮部高级管理职务。此次履新前，马尚恩先生在阿拉伯联合酋长国 阿纳塔拉酒店出任行政总厨一职。
马尚恩先生十分高兴能够来到秦皇岛海景假日酒店工作并表示将带领团队，一起为客人提供独特和难忘的就餐体验。
New executive chef at Holiday Inn Qinhuangdao Sea View
Holiday Inn Qinhuangdao Sea View announced the appointment of chef Shanmuganathan Marimuthu as the executive chef in charge of three outlets, as well as the supervision of special events preparations, among many other responsibilities and tasks.
Come from Malaysia, Chef Shanmuganathan Marimuthu has over 20 years of culinary experience in various luxurious properties in Asia and the Middle East, and has worked in Hyatt, Waldorf, IHG group FB senior position. Mr. Shan served as executive chef in United Arab Emirates Anantara before come to China.
Chef Marimuthu is excited about his posting at Holiday Inn Qinhuangdao Sea View and is looking forward to working hand in hand with team to provide the guests with a distinct and a unique experience.
