2020年1月,北京金融街威斯汀大酒店任命蔡佳嘉(Nimo Cai)担任酒店餐饮总监一职位,他将全面负责酒店的餐饮服务及相关管理事宜。
蔡佳嘉先生拥有25年的酒店餐饮工作相关经验,在加入万豪前曾就职于香格里拉集团,足迹遍布国内不同的区域与省市。自2007年加入万豪集团担任北京华贸丽思卡尔顿酒店筹备开业的全日餐厅主厨后,蔡佳嘉先生一直在丰富着万豪经验,并带着对酒店和餐饮行业一如既往的热情与专业的餐饮业学识,由一名优秀的行政总厨晋升为餐饮总监。
蔡佳嘉先生同时也有着出色的筹开管理经验,加入金融街威斯汀大酒店之前,他担任广州奥园喜来登酒店餐饮总监一职,并成功在八月底筹开酒店。蔡佳嘉先生对市场动向有着极其敏锐的直觉,善于发掘团队的潜力,致力于提高宾客的满意度。相信他将会带领餐饮团队再创辉煌的成绩。
In January 2020, The Westin Beijing Financial Street appointed Nimo Cai as the hotel's Director of Food and Beverage, who will be fully responsible for the hotel's food and beverage services and related management matters.
Nimo Cai has more than 25 years of hotel food and beverage work experience, and has worked in Shangri La, prior to join Marriott International. His footprints are all over Beijing, Zhengzhou and Guangzhou. Since joining The Ritz Carlton Beijing in 2007, Nimo has been enriching Marriott's experience and promoting from an excellent Executive Chef to a Director of Food and Beverage with the same enthusiasm and professional knowledge.
Nimo also has excellent experience in pre-opening management. Before joining The Westin Financial Street, he served as the Director of Food and Beverage of Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu and successfully opened the hotel at the end of August. Mr. Nimo has a keen intuition on market trends, he is also good at exploring the potential of the team, and he is committed to improving the satisfaction of the guests. I believe he will lead the food and beverage team to another brilliant achievements.
