近日,成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店任命Alan Smith先生为行政总厨兼餐饮运营,全面负责酒店餐饮厨房及餐饮服务的日常运营和管理。

Alan Smith先生拥有爱尔兰和澳大利亚双国籍,植根于酒店餐饮行业超过28年,拥有多家奢华国际酒店工作经验,同时擅长专业的西式、亚洲和地中海餐饮风格。他热爱美食、运动和阅读,对生活充满热情,热衷于在不同地域探索当文化和餐饮的巧妙融合。他曾先后服务于雅高、万豪和希尔顿等多家酒店集团并担任要职,带领餐饮团队取得多个里程碑式的业绩。此次履新成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店前,Alan Smith先生于深圳国际会展中心担任餐饮总监。

加入成都棕榈泉费尔蒙酒店团队后,Alan Smith先生将以其才华与经验为酒店注入新鲜血液,带领团队持续绽放光彩,将拥有百年历史文化的费尔蒙品牌底蕴与巴蜀文化巧妙融合,迸发新的火花。

Fairmont Chengdu appointed Mr. Alan Smith as Culinary Director i.c. F&B Operations, being fully responsible for all aspects pertaining to the success of the hotel’s Food and beverage daily operation and management of the department.

Alan, originally from Ireland, Irish-born, and home to Sydney, Australia, brings to the role more than 28 years of culinary experience in Western, Asian, Mediterranean cuisine and Kitchen Management. By exploring different food culture, he loves the combination of premium ingredients with different cooking techniques in creating truly refined dining experiences. Besides, he loves reading, exploring food and sporting in leisure time. Alan has served as the Executive Chef in Accor, Marriott, and Hilton Hotels Group etc., leading the hotel to several milestones. Before the new role, he was the Director of Food and Beverage responsible for F&B McKintey Operations at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center.

Welcome Alan to Fairmont Chengdu, he will ensure F&B quality levels in all aspects being lifted and let the true luxury hotel with Fairmont brand heritage achieve goals in the years to come.
